I was taught a long time ago that red sauce is called gravy. So I go with it. And I must say, this gravy is truly…gravy. Wow. do I win cheesy points for that or what!? I used this recipe (adding a bit more sugar as I like it sweet as well as some extra garlic powder, well…cause I am addicted) and it was fantastic. The only thing I might do next time is either let it cook a bit longer or put it in the crock pot to simmer all day; to cute down on acidity and make my house smell like an Italian Haven Here are the ingredients:
